Custom Programs
The Lighting Education Institute's tailored programs are individually designed to meet the specific educational needs of a company, association, or other organization. This may include the needs of your internal sales, marketing, or engineering staff, your sales agencies, or clientele. The Lighting Education Institute is equipped to provide multiple services in the creation of lighting education programs, including:
- assessing the needs of employees and clients,
- planning an overall (long term) educational program for your organization,
- designing the program elements that best meet your needs, and
- delivering the specific programs designed for your organization.
Tailored programs can take the form of short courses (1-5 days), seminars, or workshops that can be delivered in-house or at a location remote from your facility. Interactive video-conferencing or other distance learning modes are available to reach those at a distance or over a longer period of time. Longer-term instuction can also be provided combining face-to-face interaction with Internet-based learning held off-site. For more information on delivery options, see Delivery Modes.
Program content can be based upon any combination of basic or special topic areas and at any level (basic, intermediate, or advanced) required to meet the needs of your audience. Continuing education units and course completion certificates can also be made available.
